It is our mission to provide underprivileged softball teams with quality equipment.
How do I donate?
You can donate by contacting HERE. Donations are accepted via Venmo/Cash/or Check. Once a payment has been received, a receipt will be provided. Individuals and Organizations are accepted.
How do I request equipment?
Fill out the form below and you will be contacted with more information. Please include the following information in the message:
- Equipment needed (ex. Gloves,balls, helmets,etc)
- Team or League information
- When you need it by (date)
- Add phone number for quicker response.
Frequently asked Questions
- Can I donate items?
- Yes, you will receive a receipt. We are looking for mitts, bats, balls, helmets, uniforms, etc.
- What do you do with old items?
- If certain equipment gets worn, we take it out of circulation.
- What do you do with expensive items?
- We may ask for a deposit or a use agreement to make sure that a user isn’t abusing the equipment.
- What do I do at the end of the season?
- Gear should be returned. If athlete wants to convert it to personal use, we ask for a donation to replenish inventory.
- Where do all of the expenses go?
- The expenses are variable but they go towards, storage, insurance, website, uniforms, pants, bats, gloves, helmets, balls, etc.
